RF Immunity is proud to announce development of a special filtered connector based on a DPX (ARINC 404) Two Gang connector, 163 contacts.
The solution was developed for an avionic system which had to comply with MIL-STD-461.
Based on customer’s specifications, the filters were inserted in Cavity B only.
The contacts, in cavity B, are filtered per the various protocols used in the connector and include 3 levels of filtering in Pi topology. The capacitance levels enable filtering of data & DC/AC lines.
RF Immunity designed special PCB contacts so the connector can be mounted securely in the customer’s systems.
RF Immunity, in the past has developed filtered & protected versions of the DPK101 connector for both PCB mounting & Solder-Cup applications.
Based on this know-how, RF Immunity can develop filtered & protected connectors based on:-ARINC 600, DPXNE/NA, ARINC 404, DPX & DPA connectors to comply with MIL-STD 461, EMC requirements and transient protection requirements.
